Once again, team is too tight and connected. They all seem to be off and in similar mindsets all the time. No one willing to get in someone's face and demand more intensity. Just a bunch of nice guys man crushing on each other.

These first two games have been flat out EMBARRASSING. I turned both games off in the late third quarter and just checked back before they ended to verify that we didn't show any type of effort to come back. I think those were the first two Jazz games I've turned off early all season. I never do that.

    So sad.

Great breakdown of everything that the Jazz were doing wrong on Harden. And everything with the Bucks did right.

Not to mention the new GM in New Orleans and the talk that AD might stay now. The Western conference will be even more of a mad house next season.

The Jazz will need to add a big free agent this summer just to not risk being eliminated from playoff seeding.
Or a transfer to the Eastern Conference.

Disagree. Everyone in the West will be better next season except for possibly GSW - but they could lose KD and still win 60 games.

The Kings - already have a better coach, they are going to be much better defensively under Walton.

The Mavericks will have added Porzingis and possibly their #1 target in free agency (reportedly Kemba Walker).

The Lakers will have added some key free agents - even if not Anthony Davis.

The Clippers have a ton of cap space and last time Kwahi made trade demands it was to go to LA.

Mediocre land canít be defined by missing the playoffs. The Jazz will need to add a big free agent this summer just to not risk being eliminated from playoff seeding.

This summer will be the most important summer for us in a very long time..

We need that third piece, or we'll be stuck in mediocre land..

Rockets understand it's the playoffs have to raise your game up a notch. Jazz looking forward to vacation.

The other players of Houston seem to have raised their game a notch. Although their defence is not that good, they are being quicker and hustling and seem to be getting it right on double teams. Donovan is being hounded.

That said, we seem to be running with blinders on... turnovers... trying to pass to imaginary friends... can't hit a shot.... passing up open looks... its a cycle

We need a secondary perimeter scorer who can go for 20 when Donovan is off.

Or we need Rudy or Favors to learn to post up. 2 quality big men and both can't post up. Malone would put Capella in foul trouble within the half.

I'd go with Allen and Oneal at least they gave a damn. DM had good looks tonight but he was a mess. No fire, silly fouls but atleast he has new kicks.

Honestly, itís a toss up between us and Detroit so far as the teams that look like they donít even belong in the playoffs. Though in Detroitís defense, they are the 8th seed and donít have their all star playing.

I suppose the silver lining here is that the front office really cannot really justifying just bringing the same team back again... and Grayson is looking pretty good.

When Analytics go wrong! Once again go away from your principles because of how Harden shoots step back 3's. This is a huge black eye on Quin, it's fine to respect a guy but he has turned it into fear. Guys walked on the floor scared to death and played tenative. Took 3 quarters to get into it physically. The stars could put up this effort.
